I’ve done all the Smart DNS process via Unlocator as you recommended and still when i open the NBC Live extra Sport App on my apple tv i am prompted with “NBC Sports is unavailable. try again later” message.
do you have any idea whats wrong or how can i fix this?

Hello Oren. Which Smart DNS proxy service provider are you using?
The NBCSN Android apk works fine on my Samsung Galaxy phone but when I run it on a tablet or TV box, the apk requests location services to be enabled in order to use all services. Whether they’re enabled or not, premium content doesn’t work. Is there a workaround, please? Would setting the time zone of the device to US help?

I have ExpressVPN downloaded and have a valid US cable login and password and I cannot seem to access NBCSportsLiveExtra live programs. I login the first time using the appropriate login information it appears to load but then shows me a screen which says “Sign in with the username and password….” and then it has a hyperlink with the word “Continue” which when clicked on just cycles back to first message and keeps looping around. Any thoughts appreciated.

Hi Andy. Most Smart DNS services I know do not officially support Kodi I am afraid. As for the setting up Smart DNS on your Fire TV, on your Fire TV, go to ‘Settings’ -> ‘System’ -> ‘About’ -> ‘Network’ and copy down your Fire TV’s default network settings. Once done, reconfigure the network settings using the same values you noted down, but use the DNS server addresses of your Smart DNS provider.

I have chromecast and optimum. Certain apps will pop up with an optimum message that I need to call for permission, a.k.a. upgrade my cablepack package. Now, obviously I’ll be moving in the opposite correction and will chit the cord. Once I’m no longer a cable subscriber, can they still make these restrictions? My business is between me and the app and any restrictions/charges should be between me and the network/app and not optimum. Didn’t the courts ruled on this?
Hi Ryan. That depends on the streaming channels you are trying to watch. HBO Go needs a cable subscriptions whereas HBO Now does not. The same applies to ‘Showtime Anytime’ and ‘Showtime’. Netflix, Hulu, and Crackle are stand-alone video-on-demand services as well. NBC Sports Live Extra does need a valid US cable subscription in order to work.

Hi, I’m using tunnelbear it worked fine for a few years but now when I open nbc sports live on my iPhone or iPad (iOS 9.1) the timer in the middle of the screen just keeps turning and no content appears, if I turn off tunnelbear the contents load but I’m unable to watch the streams due to the restriction ? The thing is if you need a TV subscription for a US service you need someone from the USA to share it with you. BUT, there is Sling TV and HBO Now are coming out both of those will provide US TV channels.
Unfortunately I do not have anyone to share their US TV subscription with me. I note you refer to Sling TV and HBO Now. What will these do to assist? I have been trying tirelessly to view the EPL from Australia, without any success :(
