I have Virgin TV go on my phone in the UK I am spending 2 months in Tenerife next year can you tell me how I can get this service in Tenerife if the property I am staying in has good internet.
Have express VPN in spain and cannot connect to virgin uk tv. I’ve tried both docklands and east London but neither work. Can get itv hub and BBC iPlayer though. This is most disappointing!
Avoid express vpn, it will not work in spain with virgin tv to. I spent hours of my vaction with 2 different advisors and many attempts using all 3 London servers and the Wembley one. Do not wast your time using Nordvpn on an iPad for Virgin Media go, no matter what they tell you all you get is “ sorry not available in this region” as you will find out once you get there which by now is to late to watch what you wanted. As far as I know, there is no VPN that works with Virgin TV Go. Whatever they use, detects that You are not in one of the supported countries

No don’t work I’m in Greece at the moment and although I’ve got express vpn installed correctly bbc I player and others work fine but virgin tv go won’t work Bering in mind they are supposed to work in any European country
After some research I found out virgin is the only one in the world that only “supports” old IPV4 so as all other internet services around the world are on IPV6 virgin tv go won’t work
