I can add my 2 Bob’s worth. No VPN works at all with Foxtel Go I’ve tried the best to the worst read all their BS. They work with everything else that I tried ie Stan, 7, 9,10 etc. I was having success with Smart DNS proxy and was working fine for several months. That stopped I them moved to Getflix worked good for a few days then same PS461 error. You can download Kayo to Apple TV using Smart DNS service and all the others apart from Foxtel Go. I’m also told it actually the Foxtel App which is the issue. I was happy to give Foxtel Go my money but apparently they’re that flush they don’t want it. So if anyone else has answers I’m happy to hear all about it.
IP Vanish is working for my iPad but not my laptop. I accidentally connected without the VPN active and it hasn’t work since. Tried clearing cookies, etc but still no luck.
Have you tried using another browser i.e Firefox instead of Chrome for instance?

Foxtel is actively blocking all VPN locations and protocols. Hopefully ExpressVPN can get around it eventually. I have been waiting for a month so far but still no solution
Foxtel go no longer works using Aust location – vpn- get error message ps461 unable to download to server? Can this be fixed as this is why I purchased your vpn?

According to ExpressVPN support, Foxtel is aggressively blocking ip addresses of VPN providers in the last few weeks. PureVPN also told me that their sites are also currently blocked by Foxtel. It’s hard to fathom why the propeller heads at Foxtel are blocking their own subscribers who legitimately travel overseas.
Have you tried giving it another go recently?
I haven’t heard of any VPN service getting Foxtel to work since Oct 31st. Express VPN says they are working on it but it has been 3 weeks and no change. Checked in today…same story. If anyone (or Charles) has it working then please let me know.

I tried today 2nd Feb and no luck (expressvpn). None of the servers allows access. I get a message “access denied. You don’t have permission to access “http://watch.foxtel.com.au/” on this server”. I try on a regular basis but this is all I see. I can not even login to my Foxtel account. Their whole site is a bit silly, because if I need to change anything whilst overseas I am blocked out due to being out of the country.
Anyone had any luck recently?
Foxtel did something in the last update. They have obviously identified and blocked ExpressVPN ‘s Australian IP addresses.

I switched a couple weeks ago from PIA to expressVPN and I can’t get foxtel to work. I can login but it says “It appears we are unable to continue streaming to this IP address” I contacted tech support and was told they would let the engineers know but I am not sure how long this will take. If you got it to work let me know how? Thanks

Does anyone have any working VPN with Foxtel in November 2019 ?
PIA was working last time I used it about 3/4 weeks ago. I recently switched to ExpressVPN which isn’t working and am considering moving back.

Did extensive troubleshooting with Express VPN and they couldn’t solve the issue. Sydney 3 is the only server you can login to Foxtel with but it won’t allow you to stream. Express VPN say they have not tested their servers for use with Foxtel so it shouldn’t be recommended as it often is. Seems Foxtel have blocked that IP address.

I’m in the same boat as Robyn. I’m trying to watch Foxtel Go using express VPN. Has been great but stopped working yesterday. Error message PS461 – it appears we are unable to continue streaming to this IP address. Help!!
Try to get in touch with ExpressVPN’s support crew. They should be able to sort it out.
I am in japan and was successfully using express VPN with Foxtel, but in the past few days it is now blocking me…so can’t say this works anymore either

My net access will be via either local wifi, or via my Vodafone ‘use like home’ 4G connection as a hotspot.
If I am accessing via my Vodafone service, will Foxtel assume I AM in Australia, or will I still need a VPN?

I have private internet access (pia) and can access everything but foxtel overseas. When I connect to foxtel the shows come up but when I activate play a rotating circle appears and nothing else happens. Very frustrating when you subscribe to foxtel and cannot access it.
