How to Get Invite to Play Fortnite on Smartphones? Great news for fans of the ultra-popular online PvP game Fortnite. Epic’s game that has taken the entire world by storm is coming to both iOS and Android Smartphones. Before now, you could only play Fortnite on your PC, Mac, Xbox, or PS4. The bad news is that you’ll need to get an invite in order to play Fortnite on iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. This requirement will be removed later on once Fornite officially goes live on the App Store and Google Play Store. At the moment, getting an invitation from Epic Games is the only way to get a download code and subsequently play Fortnite on iPhone, iPad, and Android.

 

How to Play Fortnite on iPhone or iPad

As we have already mentioned, you will need to get an invite from Epic in order to be able to download and install Fortnite on your iOS device. Here’s how you can play Fortnite on iPhone or iPad.

1. Head over to the EpicGames website.
2. Click on ‘Sign up for Email Invite’.
3. On the next page, click on ‘Yes’ if you already have an Epic account and use it to sign in. If not, select ‘No’ and create your new Epic account before proceeding.
4. Under ‘Select iOS device’, choose the iPhone or iPad you’d wish to play Fortnite on. iOS 11 based devices like iPhone 6S/SE. iPad Mini 4, iPad Air 2, iPad 2017, iPod Pro and later are all supported
5. Wait until you get a link from Epic Games that will re-direct you to the App Store so you can download and install the game on your device.

How to Play Fortnite on Android

Getting an invitation in order to download and install Fortnite from Google Play Store requires the same procedure as the ones we have listed above for iOS. However, currently, the Android version hasn’t gone live yet. Once it does, simply follow the instructions below:

1. Head over to the EpicGames website.
2. Click on ‘Sign up for Email Invite’.

4. Under ‘Select Android device’, choose the iPhone or iPad you’d wish to play Fortnite on. Google Pixel 2, Huawei Mate 10 and 0, Huawei P10, P9, P8, LG G6, Motorola Moto, Nokia 6, Razer, Samsung S9, S8, S7, Note 8, A5, A7, J7,  and Sony Xperia XZ are all supported
5. Wait until you get a link from Epic Games that will re-direct you to the Google Play Store so you can download and install the game on your device.
