I tried to access Rogers using my ipad and PC. Using ExpressVPN. Do to livation services on my IPad that can not be disabled can not gain access. pC has no location service and it works. Tried to Cast my PC to my Sony and Samsung TV and it immediately detects that TVs are in US and stops working. Any workaround for Google Casting?

Hi Hammer. I am afraid there’s no workaround for location services on iOS devices.
You can use a location spoofing app on Android devices which is a simple download from the google play store, Apple devices are more difficult although you can find instructions on the internet. Turning your location services off on an Apple product is detected by Rogers so they will not allow service. Oddly, Bell Fibetv have no such restrictions so maybe just switch to Bell if it’s availae

What device are you using?
To use the Roger’s Anyplace TV one has to have their location active. Roger’s uses that, and that alone, to verify the location of user. In my research it seems Express or any other VPN provider cannot fudge your physical location. Hope I am wrong and their is a workaround.
